RESERVATION AND TICKET PURCHASE

Reservation and Cancellation

Please make your flight reservation well in advance through your travel agent or airline's sales office. If you do not use the reservation, airlines reserves the right to cancel all connecting and return bookings. If you reservation is not cancelled not later than 24 hours before flight departure on domestic services, and 48 hours on international services, airline may apply cancellation charge.
To ensure appropriate services, during your reservation please state to the airline which passenger category is involved, such as: an unaccompanied minor, an individual with special needs, older persons requiring assistance, a person carrying a household pet, etc.
 
CHECK-IN

Check-In Times

Check-In for scheduled flight departures on international services opens 120 minutes before the scheduled flight departure, and 90 minutes on domestic services before scheduled flight departure.
 
PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

Individuals with special needs

Persons with impaired vision or hearing have the advantage while checking in. While waiting on your registration, our staff will escort you to the Welcome service and a hostess to assist you.
Individuals with mobility problems have the advantage while checking-in, and are escorted to the gate where they're boarded in a liftomobil of ambulance vehicles and transported to the aircraft.

Unaccompanied children
Unaccompanied children are provided with the Welcome service and a hostess that will escort them to the aircraft

Mother & Child
Mother & Child facility is located in domestic area, and the other is located in the transit area of the Passenger Terminal.

Passenger Groups
Airlines should announce passenger groups in advance.

VIP Passengers
Any VIP or VIP groups should be announced in advance to the OPC Mostar International Airport.

 
BAGGAGE

Limitations for Checked Baggage

Any adult passenger or a child paying a discounted fare is entitled to the following free baggage allowance:

International flights:
Business Class 30 kg (66 lb)
Economy Class 20 kg (44 lb)

Domestic flights:
Business Class 20 kg (44 lb)
Economy Class 15 kg (33 lb)

Flights to USA, Canada and majority of South America countries:
Two pieces of baggage are allowed, each max. 32 kg and total dimension of each piece may not exceed 158 cm.

Carry-on Baggage Restrictions
In addition to checked baggage, passengers may take only one piece of hand baggage suitable for placing in the closed overhead rack or under the passenger seat, provided that maximum dimensions of such hand baggage do not exceed limits defined by your airline. Any sharp or pointed objects are not allowed in carry-on baggage restrictions, and these should be placed in your checked baggage.

Additional items or special equipment
Requests regarding availability for carrying excess baggage or special equipment should be submitted to your airline. Additional or special equipment is charged according to the airline tariff rules.

 
DANGEROUS ITEMS

LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS in cabin or hold baggage

1. EXPLOSIVE DEVICES
grenades, mines, detonators, mortars, all components for explosive devices.
2. PYROTECNICS
fireworks, crackers, rockets, powder for self made devices, matches
3. IRRITATION AND STUN WEAPONS
teargas sprays, smoke hand grenades, equipment containing irritating substances
4. CHEMICAL, INFLAMMABLE OR COROSIVE SUBSTANCES
easily inflammable materials, gas containers, lighter fluid cartridges, gasoline
5. DANGEROUS GOODS
poisons, car batteries, household chemicals, alcohol exceeding 70%, paint.

HAND BAGGAGE
Hand Baggage is baggage taken on board the aircraft by a passenger. Baggage dimensions and weight restrictions are applied by each airline.

Following items are FORBIDDEN in hand baggage:
- Toys having the appearance of being a firearm, or replica guns
- Knifes of any length or materials (including metal nail files)
- Scissors of any size
- Knitting needles
- Double edge razors
- Darts
- Paper knives
- Metal cutlery
- Cork screw
- Sporting bats, for baseball, golf or similar
- Tradesmen's tools
- Or any other object which can harm or damage property.

... but ALLOWED in your hold baggage. Please place above specified items in your checked baggage.

All batteries from electronic devices, cameras, photo cameras, etc, should be removed and carried in carry-on baggage.

 
PETS

Your pets are allowed to accompany you on your flight, provided their entry is not forbidden by your destination country. Depending on their weight, pets can travel either in the passenger cabin or in the aircraft's cargo section. Please contact your airline for information about the travel documents for your pet.
 

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

In order to prevent interface with the aircraft's electronic equipment, is forbidden to use on board all devices which have an antenna, use a lot of power or are a laser equipped.
